Affirmative Gratitude

When we get knocked down by life’s challenges we sometimes let ourselves be carried away by self-pity, self-victimization, blame, guilt, shame, fear, insecurities, etc. We ask ourselves “why us?” and the answers often make us believe that life has nothing to offer. But when we take time to really look around us and to count our little blessings we realize how much we have and the more we focus on those little blessings the more they accumulate. The law of attraction says what we focus on expands. Affirmative self-talk is one of the best ways that help is to see and appreciate the positives things hidden in our challenges.
