Are you waiting until life stops being mean to you to decided to be happy?

How happy are you right now? When was the last time you thought about your happiness without feeling guilty or bad? How long have you been postponing your happiness? Are you always putting others first? If you answer YES to one or more of the above questions then I would say it is high time we put your happiness at the top of your agenda. The simplest and best way to do this is to change your guilty, procrastinating self-talk.  I was in total denial of my right to happiness until I created this workbook. I still use it regularly to remind myself that being happy is my birthright and that I will be doing myself and the universe a disservice if I deny myself this right because of the things that life threw at me daily.
